Hey im looking into getting a Compress Air Tank for one of my next upgrades, im not sure if we have any sponsors which sell HPA but if we do let me know.
Anyways what size tanks do you all have? Im looking into this Pure Energy tank 68/4500 on Orderpaintball here http://www.orderpaintball.com/detail.aspx?ID=530
Basicly i need a nice sized one for Scenario games with a Tippmann....never wanna run out of air you know and the bigger is ok with me since it will be in my back tank pouch but if i ever go to speedball id like to have a nice sized tank for speedball too. So what size would you guys suggest maybe let me know a # of shots i could get off with certain tanks too. Thanks.
Dirdy.

I have a 92/3k. It would be fine in a vertical pouch, but it sticks out of my horizontal pouch too much for my taste. I'm looking to unload it and get an 88ci, in case anyone is interrested. _________________ "videor levis, forsitan usus pauci telum" |

Heh. It's a carbon fiber Carleton tank with a Crossfire reg. Hydro date is 12/04, so it won't neeed rehydro'd until 12/2009. No dings or notable scratches. I paid $130 shipped for it on eBay. The 88s are cheaper- unless I upgrade to 4500PSI, so I'd take either an 88 in trade or $120, and I'll throw in the cheapo neoprene cover and rubber nipple cover I added.
If you buy on eBay, ALWAYS verify the rehydro date- there are a lof of guys dumping their expired tanks. It costs $30-50 for rehydro- plus shipping, and if the tank has been abused there's a chance it will fail, in which case you are screwed. Carbon fiber tanks are especially sensitive to dings and scuffs and over-filling. But they are SOOO much lighter than the metal tanks, it's definitely worth the extra money if you have it.
Btw, there's a nother larger standard size- 115ci, and then some converted SCUBA tanks above that. _________________ "videor levis, forsitan usus pauci telum" |

Ok, sounds good, 120 is in my range but let me see how big it is first before its a deal because if i were to ever go remotless i wouldnt want it to be too big....then again i could get a drop forward or somthing but let me see whats its like and ill let you know.
I also gotta pay for Car Insurrence, new camo, and possiably a new radio and i only get payed once every 2 weeks so might be a good month or two. So if your in a hurry to sell i understand! _________________

Radio for the car, or paintball? If you buy the tank I'll throw in an FRS radio.
Also, on the camo front, I have a set of TruSpec BDUs I'd part with. Top is L-L and bottom is M-L. Both are a little faded (about like Jerry's last weekend). They're both usually $30 new, and you can get them on clearance at www.uscav for $16.88 (shirt) and $18.88 (pants)., plus shipping, but their available sizes are limited- and you can't get either of these. I'd sell the set for $35.
I'm going to be making a MarPat flight suit out of the fabric I have and a pattern I picked up on Ebay. Once I've made one I may do more to sell- but they'd be MORE expensive than new BDUs, as I am not Costa Rican.
Edit- also, for those who like to play in just a T-shirt _________________ "videor levis, forsitan usus pauci telum" |

Radio for Paintball. All where using for paintball on the team is FRS type channels?
Becuase i have a 30-50 dollar radio which probably would be too weak for the type we use which is why i wanna probably get a nicer radio deppending on what you guys are using.
I was thinking about just getting a new pair of BDUs from that website http://www.uscav.com/Productinfo....mp;TabID=1&CatID=1&Sale=1
thats the right pattern were using right?
Im not sure of the size i need tho....skinny and tall lol i like my pants a little baggy but my shirt tight so...guess ill have to see or look for a size chart. _________________
