If you don't have the image hosted on a website, email it to me and I'll host it for you. I'm working on getting us a new server with a built-in image upload utility.

to post a picture on a forum you have to have a url for your picture. aka address like a website does but instead the link or url address will go directly to your picture. so then you click the IMG button which gives you [img] and then you put your url there. then you put [/img] to end after your picture so its like this
[img]URLHEREFORPICTURE[/img]
