Event: Training Day 5
Field: Fox Paintball
Location: Millington, Ill
Date: 20 SEPT 2009
Registration: $40
Paint/Air: BYOP reg includes all day 3000/4500 HPA and C02 fills
Last year this event fielded 657 players. Its a big scenario game with 4 years of rivalry. Last year was awesome. Everyone played with a high level of sportsmanship for such a large group and the event itself was well managed / written.
Training Day is mission based and pits the Army Rangers (know hereafter as rump rangers) against the Navy SEALs (whom I will command for the 3rd year in '09). Missions are complex with multiple objectives and problem solving. Some are timed others are not. This is not your run of the mill find it, go there, see this person type event. There are also 2 mercenary teams to keep the fighting interesting!
Sound good? Great. The SEAL team is looking for teams, scenario players and those who enjoy a good challenge. The fighting is always tough. We need players that will stay on the field all day and work as a team. No rogues...unless your tagged with a special assignment (we have uses for you specialists)
More info will be posted in May. For now go here:
http://www.foxpaintball.com for field info
http://splatterzonepaintball.net/ for game info
or contact me and Ill try to answer any questions you have. What I dont know Ill find out and relay to you PDQ
Thanks and I look forward to meeting you in September _________________

Check the websites as we get closer to the event. He "Pyroman" will update after his May 8th event in which he intends to give away some TD5 info. Also watch Paintball Nation (PBN) forums for more.
It really is a great event. I know its a long haul from Ohio, but you wont be disappointed. I look forward to this game each year. It kicks a$$ _________________

Here is a ton of info on the event. Check out teh video for some game shots from last year. The speedball field you see is what we call "The Gauntlet". They open all 3 speedball fields into one giant hell hole and put both teams in with hot respawns. Its total madness.

The SEALs already have 50 pre-registrations and I have assembled the best team yet. I see you have TD5 on your schedule and I couldnt be happier to have you aboard.
Remember preregistration is only $35 prior to Spet. 15th and the event is BYOP! Free camping at the field to those who call Ray and schedule in. You cant beat that for a great day of scenariop ball with 700+ players
Feel free to shoot me an email or visit me at hellions.net/warzone with any questions. See you there _________________

Living Legends is a one day event and people come across the country to play that. Training Day may not have the celebrity presence but it is as big and it is a better game.
I understand the travel issue. I hope you will consider the event, if not this year then next, and look forward to sling some paint with Delta Sqaud.

This sounds like alot of fun, but it is a 6-7 hour drive for us.
Maybe in the future if any 2 day events come up we can make it.
The field prices are very affordable though 35 BYOP. Not bad at all. So if we had to find a hotel to stay out it wouldnt be bad anyways.
