Easy Home Made Modifications to your Tippmanns!

Well Some of you might of heard me talking about this before and two of them i strongly agree you should use. If your using a E-grip or other gun besides a Tippmann you might not be able to use these but ill post them anyways.

#1 pen spring mod: Take a pen that is very easy to click down, take out the spring. Look at your stock spring and see how long it is. Cut the pen spring so that it is 2 coils longer than the stock one. Put the new spring under a book for like 5 minutes so that it will return the trigger better. Then just replace the stock spring with the new one! This should make your trigger pull Very light.

#2 polished internals: Ok this mod requires some aluminum polish (a brand called mother's mag works best) a dremmel tool (with a buffing attachment) and some steel wool. ok now that you have the stuff here’s how you do it: take apart your gun so that all you have are the two receivers (all the guts are out) take the steel wool and gently scrape off all the anodizing off the insides of the receivers (especially the part where the bolt goes and the trigger section) The anodizing is the black stuff that looks like paint on the inside of the receivers. Once it is all scraped out take the aluminum polish and put some of it on the buffing part for the dremmel. Use the dremmel to polish the internals to an (almost) mirror shine *bling bling* once it is all polished oil the gun up (the internals will rust easier now if not properly taken care of) and put in your guts. The purpose of this mod is to make it easier for the bolt to move inside the gun which causes less wear and makes your gun fire more smoothly.

#3 rubber band mod: very simple but you wont believe how lighter the trigger pull will be. For this mod all you need it 3 orthodontic rubber bands (the small kind) take three of the rubber bands and replace the sear spring with them (it has to be 3 or the gun wont recock and can misfire) this will make it very easy to shoot the gun making higher rates of fire possible.

#4 make a drop forward: this mod will actually work for any gun but I did it first on my tippy) ok first get a piece of metal (steel or aluminum work best) it should be like 3-5 inches long (depending on how big you want your drop to be) once u have your metal, mark how long the base of your grip is on the metal then bend it in a vice so it is straight. then bend the other side in the opposite way so it looks like a "Z" then drill holes in it to fit your grip/asa you can use the holes in your asa as a template. Then put it on your gun and get ready to play!

This is all found here...for more info, feedbacks, reviews, questions that i can't awnser all here!

If any of you need help with Mods 1 and 2 or got any questions let me know, i have done both and they are worth doing, especialy if you do not have a E-grip.

Speaking of home mods, I have the jig to do SpecOps A-5/A2 tombstone installs, in case anyone wants to just buy the special tombstone and do their own air-thru stock like I did. I can also convert most stocks to air-thru for the price of the fittings.
