Here is one that really pissed me off !!!Judge just got a new Juv. offender case yesterday with a motion to relinquish jurisdiction. That in lehman terms means this 16 yr old could go over to the adult system if probable cause is found. In other words he did it.
This 16 yr old boy has a baby(5 mnths old) with a 19 yr old woman. This has been on the news a lot lately. The baby was taken to the hospital due to not responding at home to parents.
Hospital did some test and x rays and have found the baby has 26 bones broken in it's body. Freaking 26 bones......the baby also has a bleeding spot on the brain, which would be the reason the baby does not respond to anyone's voice fromwhat I understand of the bleeding.
How in the HELL can you beat a baby who has not done a thing to you is beyond me. One of the arguements is going to be he (dad) has anger management problems.......
This is one where I wish I could say "OOPS sorry about that door hitting in the head", "OOPS your leg shakles got tanged up, sorry about that". But I know I can not do that, maybe in the holding cell...... 
It is just sick is all that I can say.........and I still see it as just part of the job and the sick society I see everyday...

that kid doesn't need jail, he needs a king size @$$ whooping. jerry maybe u should take him out back the day of the trial and maybe a few of us can meet u there to "teach" him a lesson. lol.

you have no idea how that would please the HELL out of me !!! I can take these idiots shooting each other, but a 5 mnth old baby is just wrong. Besides if eh gets bound over to the adult side he will get his coming to him. The one thing they hate in jail is kid abusers and killers, that is like the bottom of the pond scum to them.

I was driving and i read this bumper sticker ^^ lol.
I dont believe in the death sentence either, people like this need to take the HARD way out not the EASY way out and maybe not learn about their mistakes but suffer from what they caused to others in a isolated cell or somthing. But of course, thats inhumane too....so what do we do...just tell him to get soap on the rope?

Well the kid was in court on Wed. and the case got cont. which always happens on the first time in on bind over case.
I saw some of the pics as the pros. showed the damage done by this idiot and it is serious damage!! This 5mnth old has fingers in bandages from the burns, brusing up the sides of the rib cage from the beatings. The leg is swollen in the femur (spelling) area as the leg is broken. Bite marks on the shoulder area.....could go on....
Oh and the 16yr old says he got mad at the 5mnth old cause the were crying........I did everything to not just do the ops sorry about the door catching you on the way out of th holding cell. Or you gotta watch out for those leg shacks as the tend to catch the on the carpet.....

Now fellas remeber he is a 16 yr old blck male that is from a broken family...not that is matters if he is black or white, hispanic and so on. The juvenile system is to rehabilitae him !! BULLS*&@... just learns how to committt more crimes wheile there with the others....

Maybe he can get off like Paris Hilton did by saying he has mental issues developing from a rash hes getting. Then hes home free lol. Or House Arrest w/e she got.
