Introduction

Hey Delta Hows it going! I was searching around for teams in the Ohio, Kentucky, and IN area and I remember playing with you guys and having a blast so I figured I'd stop by and introduce myself. My name is Greg Bieler and I am the Head Ref and Captain of the Miami University Scenario team. I'm also in the works of getting a new scenario team up and running but as I'm sure many of you know its not as easy as you would think. So with that, how has delta been doing?

Right now I'm just looking to get a group of guys up and running. I have about 10 guys dedicated, and about another 30 (mostly from Miami) that come and go. Its my goal to have Miami enter the SPPL tournament in 09, as for the guardians I'm working on getting more players and seeing the dedication level before I make any national plans. We are in the works of setting up our first real big game though.
Bingo

let us know if you get the big game up and running we would be happy to attend it.

Just be patient it takes time to get a team up and going as I have found out myself. We are in the midst of a second season with the new team members and the old. It has been a great time with the bunch we have right now. We are looking to add more members as we go. My goal is to possibliy make us one of the bigger teams in OH for scenario ball. Of course that has its down sides to it also.

But for now we are just enjoying hanging together at the ganes and having fun at. You might find it hard to get college guys to come out and play with the cost of paintball that it is. Kind of pb or beer !!

Stop in anytime to shoot the bull anytime, if at a game hook up with us anytime.

Bingo out

Yeah, your not kidding about the PB or Beer thing. The only thing is while everyone else was out drinking I got school funding and sponsorship so they could have anything well below cost. I did get the speed ballers some pretty sweet uniforms (100% free). Right now our game is set up on October 27th at Cabin Creek and its a Halloween themed game we actually started buying props and such already and were going to turn it into a haunted house scenario field. Luckily the field owner is really into it so its a huge help.
