Hi,
My name is Thomas Delong, and I live in the Columbus area. My friend and I have been playing paintball for over 10 years and would really be happy to be part of a group of guys that like to play on a regular basis. We struggle to find good games in the area and would like to be included in the events you attend. We've been to the past 2 global Conquests so we may have even played with/against you in recent past! Let us know what we need to do to get involved with your team.

Hey tom, nice to see your interested in the team, I too live in Hilliard!

The rest of the guys either live closer to Columbus or on the East Side and then we have a few in Grove City.

Send your friend this way to the forums we would like to get to know him also.

What type of marker do you have also?

As far as requirments for joining the team, we just ask you attend some games the next time we play paintball so we can get to know eachother in person other than on the forums, but still feel free to put your part in the forums, it helps alot.

We are planning on attending a game about 1.5 hours away near Cinci if you can make it Oct 5th, check out our Events page for more information. It's Operation Just Cause at Red dragon.

Thanks for the replies fellas. When will your next event be?
I know with it being cold and all it's tough to play, but if you do any type of winter events let me know. We'd love to come out.

a WGP Trillogy Comp SF
a Spyder VS2(Backup)
a custom milled fully up'd Spyder Imagine select(2nd Primary)
a stock Spyder Imagine select.

Do any of your group ever play any of the scenario games at Hell Survivors? We usually have a small group of guys that attend the
Blackhawk Down scenario, and also Global Conquest.

Yes we have gone to these events in the past, our big problem with most of these event is they are one day events and it's hard to justify the expense for one day of play , so if we travel outside of the state we try to make it a two day event but that doesn't mean we wont go if the schedule permits. Just keep checking back on the event page and come along. Olddog

Agreed, but Global Conquest is a 2 day event now so no excuses there!
Camping at the field is pretty cheap also if you get a group of guys to go.
We've been debating on going to Skirmish USA in PA for one of their scenario games but haven't made t out there yet.

Does your team ever participate in any woodsball tournaments?

Skirmish pricing is much higher than normal and it's a eight hour drive that's a long way go for paintball. IMO

We have looked at local tournaments
in the past they never seem to plan out but we are always look to play so if you hear of any let us know.

Do they have a date for Global Conquest yet? Olddog

May 9th is the Day of the Ranger game
June 27th/28th is Global conquest 2k9.

We'll be making the trip up for both of those games.

I wish there was a good woodsball field within an hour to play in some scenario tournaments. Splatter Park is probably the closest but I absolutely despise the management of that field!

Before you go to Day of the Ranger check out Judge Dreed May 2-3 at Sherwood we will be at this event and I would love to have you aboard for this event. OD

Is Judge Dredd a 2 day event? From the pictures it looks like there may be some night paintball involved also?

We'd have a group of probably 6-8 people that will be coming.
Do you have a certain side you always play on?

How is the night play there? I was dissapointed with how it was run at the Ranger game last year.. very unorganized.

You will find at this event and most all Viper Events you will be playing with and against some of the best talent in the area, some player travel 10 hour for his events.
Night games are very challenging they have tiki torches lit up all over the field so it give it a eerie feeling and a lot of player have gen 3 night vision so it makes for some interesting times.
If you are thinking about this event we will get together after the first of the year and go over it in more detail. OD

lets just say the night gmes are far from boring. An enemy and myself played hide and seek for a good 15 minutes before i finally got him out. it was alot of fun.
