You basically want
-18" of 2" black PVC ($5)
- a 2" glue to 1" threaded reducer ($2)
- a 1" brass ball valve ($10)
- a 6" piece of 1' pipe ($2)
- a 1" to 3/4" reducer and a 12gram changer ( $1 + $15) OR
- a 1" to 1/8" reducer (or multiple reducers to get you there) and a remote nipple ($4 + $5)
- a roll of teflon tape (if you play paintball you should already own this)
- (optional) additional short pipes and 90* fittings to make a shorter launcher
Prices are approximate.
Or just buy mine for less than you can make your own.

didnt realize those were still up for grabs. after bday oney i may just but one off of you. another question though, does it have to be a 12 gram or if i put a 3.5 or 9 oz would that work too?

The problem is controlling the release - one 12gram is about right for one shot using a ball valve. A larger tank might give you too much air, and it will likely put too much pressure on the system- unless you are going to use an inline low pressure reg as well. Also, Viper is really picky about home-made launchers, especially if they don't run off 12grams.

good to know. Unless I got a reg i woud use the 12 grams. if i did get a reg i would get one of the small ones from Rap since it is so easy to adjust and all.
