Welcome back, winter!
Mad River Mountain has been experiencing some great weather the past two weeks, including natural snowfall and excellent snowmaking temperatures. Currently the area has an average machine-groomed base of 36 inches.
The Terrain Parks are changing daily! Today the Polaris Beginner Park saw the addition of two jumps and both the Torpedo and Volcano have recently been introduced in Zero-G . Click here for more information.
There are several events coming up and we have something on the schedule for everyone! This Saturday, January 27 will be full of fun with The Skismith out for a demo-day, the Sports Illustrated Next Snow Search for ages 9-13, and the start of the MWX tour.
College Day will be on February 3 when college students can receive 50% off either a day lift ticket or tubing ticket when they show a valid college ID. Also on the 3-4 is the Aspen Ski & Snowboard Competition and demo-day. Our calendar has a complete list of all events with more information and is updated regularly .
