So I'm looking at getting a new vest and have narrowed it down to a RAP4 or a Special Ops vest. I'm just looking for some suggestions on which is a smarter buy. Thanks

I have one of each... Both are good. Choose the one you can get cheaper and unless you have a very specific layout wanted look used Mr. Green

I agree with Squirlly look for the cheapest one that fits you best, if you can customize this one better than this one cheaper then go with that!

Also make sure it matches your camo, we wear MARPAT DIGI Woodland so the Rap4 go perfect with our camo.

SpecOps is more durable. RAP4 is cheaper. I think the RAP4 mounting system is quicker to swap out pouches on, but some people don't like velcro.

I actually prefer the Rap4 pesonally. The SpecOps didnt tay in place for me and that kinda p*ssed me off a bit. the rap4 has belt loops and a cheap belt can fit them to make a great fit.
