Public Service Announcement: Taking pseudoephedrine for 7 days in a row can apparently result in a build-up of the substance, with the sudden side-effect of lightheadedness, sleeplessness and manic forum postings like this poll. Decided I'd better quit cold-turkey today and just live with the sinus congestion.

I take pseudoephedrine EVERY NIGHT it's the only way I can get to sleep and breathe.... guess that explains a few things huh?
