It was fun everyone, hot but fun.....and a little on the expensive side. I can't believe how much the land has raised their prices! It's great, it's so close and we don't have to plan much around a day of paintball here, i had time to go to work afterwards and everything but man, was it expensive compared to what other fields have to offer.
Anyways thank you everyone for your patience and understanding with my little brother Jarret, he had alot of fun and is still in bed as we speak which is not normal for him lol.
I'll post the pictures here soon so check back later. _________________
The trick is not to buy their paint. The BYOP price ($24) isn't bad, and includes air.
I'd like to start lobying the owner to use the damn hillside. Cutting it our removes about 20% of the width of the field, and the only place where you can move from one end to the other under cover. If they're worried about paint making it to the drive above, they could just use half of it (and put up boundary tape) or spend the money on netting to run the length of it. I didn't enjoy this time nearly as much as the last, even though there were more n00bs to shoot. _________________ "videor levis, forsitan usus pauci telum"

It seemed like last time I was there it cost more- I was surprised when they asked me for $24. _________________ "videor levis, forsitan usus pauci telum"
ive always used the hill. do they not let you anymore?
They only want you to go so far up it.
3 feet, to be exact. Also, apparently the creek is off limits now too. That means there is absolutely no way to get past the main fort without being exposed. Kinda defeats the purpose of a "woodsball" field, when you can't use any stealth. _________________ "videor levis, forsitan usus pauci telum"

You've never been permitted to go more than 5 to 6' up the hill since I worked there (here's another reason you all can HATE ME) since I SET THAT RULE PERSONALLY becasue there were people going all the way up the hill and there is no netting up there and we can't have people shooting up that hill and hitting a car on I-270 or in the parking lot of the hotel... As for the creek not my rule it's the Ohio Department of Natural Resources rule, Big Walnut Creek has been deemed unsafe for swimming so you can't go in the water either.
