| yesterday i had the wost day of paintball iv ever played. thanks to this team "status" out of columbus ohio. i have never played with them before this but as soon as i pulled in the lot and get out my guy i hear "oooo hes got a flat line watch out guys". and passing them on the way back to the field i hear "yep this guys a tard". and o its gets worse not only do i shoot a guy and he wipes it off twice...... but they start calling the black players on my team "coons". and when one of my team mates blind fires on one of them they get all bent out of shape about the rules. like they were playing by them any way. it all ended when the feild owner had to be called down and kick them off the field. this team has for sure scared a family that was playing with us they bouns balled a 9 year old for crist sake. the family finely had enough and went to play speed ball. made us woods ballers look like crap. the only thing i can say good about them is there was one that stoped and talked to me and a friend after the game. but aside from that ill never be playing with this team again. |

Were they a bunch of younger players? If so they will learn eventually... One can hope.
That is too bad that a bunch of stupid players can bring everyone down....But only thing we can do is just play with good sportsmanship, honor, integitary, and discipline.
If we are to maintain our good reputation we need to stay clear of this Team Status...
Just my 2 cents worth... |

Well let me clean your pallet with this story about my Saturday/Sunday at SplatterPark. It was the National Christian Paintball Players Association Gathering.
On Saturday about Noon our Ref comes down yelling "Where's Josh, it's an emergency and we need Josh" well Sean knows FireProof well and Josh is not only a teammate but an EMT so I go running looking for Josh and I find him leaning over a man laying on the ground with his friend Matt, a supervisor at a private ambulance company. I run up knowing I have a First Aid kit in my car if they need it but I see a huge duffle bag of gear and the man is on a small bottle of Oxygen and look in the bag and it puts my First Aid kit to shame so I started playing traffic cop keeping people back and flagging down the local ambulance once it got there. My friends were there a good 10-15 min faster than the local EMTs with a fully stocked EMT "Jump Bag" and saved his life. Now as Paul Harvey used to say let's tell you "the rest of the story"
On the day before of the Gathering one of Matt's ambulances was acting up and needed service so he removed the Jump Bag and put it in the back seat of his truck so it would not be in the ambulance while at the garage or he would have never had the O2 or nearly as much gear in his truck. Then Saturday morning Josh's truck started making a noise and a "vibration" that concerend him so he took his truck, the truck Matt and Josh inteneded on bringing to field to the mechanic and just tossed everything into Matt's truck, the truck that was supposed to stay in Columbus with the Jump Bag in the back seat, the truck with the gear that DID save a mans life.
God made 2 vehicles break down so that gear would be there with 2 people that are trained to save lives so they could do just that. The funny thing is that the second truck, Josh's truck was not broken, the mechanic could not find anything wrong with it except that the back breaks were worn but that's not the problem that Josh was even remotly concerend about, he knew about that and was planning on fixing that soon.
The Exteneded rest of the story, the man had ANOTHER heart attack (oh yeah he had a heart attack at SplatterPark) at the local hospital and a THIRD heart attack while onboard Med Flight on the way to Riverside Hospital. At Riverside they put FIVE stints in and he's now expected to make a full recovery. The 2 EMTs vistied the man on Sunday with a free SplatterPark T-Shirt from Sean and once the man is out of the hospital and feeling better Josh, Matt and he are going BACK to SplatterPark and playing paintball!!

This is exactly why I refuse to play at that place ever again. Vexbomer, I almost got in a fight with some 40 something year old retard that threw a 14 year old kid to the ground because he got shot at 15 feet on accident. I get as excited as anyone when I play but there are no excuses for behavior like that.

Ok, so I was checking out their Myspace page - Those kinda look like Trump's buddies he brought to Sherwood last year- didn't they have red-striped Tippmanns?
Trump, have you created a monster? _________________ "videor levis, forsitan usus pauci telum" |
