Like Mills said, a plan could be made up to run teams in shifts. And if a player wants to stay out the entire time, more power to him/her. And likewise, if a player wants to turn in for the night, nobody is going to shoot them in the keester when they are leaving the field.
I think if we can get Sherwood to build a couple of large safe zones just outside the reinsert spots, those would be perfect for some players to be able to take off their masks, relax, and even catch a power nap during the night.

Ok I say this NEVER being at this field but I'm an Old Fart that thinks he's still 16 when I get around paintball and if there is a game going on I want to be in it, so if there is an option to play all night I will.
But shutting the field down for around 6-7 hours (1-2am till 8-9am) is the smartest thing it will prevent myself and others from playing sleep deprived which increases the possibility of injury, mainly twisted ankles and also Bingo's sleep driving theroy is not fun, I've woke up 10 miles south of where I fell asleep before and I WAS THE ONE DRIVING, that was not fun, and once I rear-ended a guy on the freeway in an offical U.S. Navy car sleep driving.
This shut down also allows you to gather with the whole team and while eating breakfast chat about how things are going, things you wouldn't report over the raido but still might help out the others on your team.

Yo Brothers! Sorry it took me so long to get here. I just wanted to personally say thanks! You guys rocked! Your efforts did not go unnoticed... except Old Dog yells too much... or maybe that was me... I don't remember.
Nex years game is going to dwarf this one. TB will be bringing everything he has... and we will return the favor,
Old Dog, you rock brother! There are very few people that I believe have the potential to be great commanders, well brother, you have the goods! It was a pleasure having you on board and I'm looking forward to having you next year.
Thanks again,
