In Court today:

Okay we have a Juv. case in the court room for a kid to see if he should be bound over to the adult system. Well the Juv. family ias in the court room and the mouthing words to the juv. and waving and The Judge has already warned everyone to not do that.

So the prosecutors go through and they give the reasons for the kid to bound over to the adult system. After the prosecutors are done this Juv. in the front row of the gallarie mouths to the pros., with their backs to them, "Fuck you bitches" well I let it go the first time no big deal. It is the sister of the kid to get6 bound over I find out later. But after she does it 2 more times I get up point to her and tell her she needs to leave the court room, right in the middle of the hearing.

Well she comes over towards the door and walks by the pros. and tells them "fuck off bitches", that then gets me up and around my desk trying not to make to much of a scene, which she has started already. She looks at me tells me "fuck you and don't you touch me mother fucker." I then open the door and shove her little ass out the door. She turns to me to say " I will kcik your fucking ass. " I then tell The Judge to hit our painc button. This then goes to all of the deputies in the court house radios to respond to our court room for a emergency.

The dad comes out and tells me they will take care of it while the little punk gang wanna be is telling me to fuck off. I simply told her the deputies will take care of it once they get here. The deputies (8)get here and are told by me what has happened in the course of this little punk being htrown out of the court room by me. Well they then decided to mouth off to the deputies in the mean time. Just making my case build againsty them better as to the reason to be kicked out.

Well when the deputies are done with the 5 peopel out in front of the court room they have made 3 arrest. 1. for warrant on traficking drugs 2. for failure to appear for probation report 3. for drug possesion and failing to appear for hearing.

Moral of the storie: keep your trap shut when at court if you have warrants for your arrest IDIOT......man do I need to play some PB

They should let you carry your Tac-8 with mace filled paintballs.... what that's non-leathal force and would shut the punk up real fast.... What? Ahh ok pepper balls? Pweese, Ahhh 'common I'd aim away from the face. Your no fun Sad

been there and tried...bad thing about the hole situation is that i was between the double doors of the courtroom. That is when I realized it was 3-1 and I needed the deputies then.

If only I could convince them of that....letting me carry the mace balls would be nice to do. But the prioblem with that is once it is uded you have to decontaminate the area before you can use it again. It is the samething with the pepper spray.

To be honest the Judges are scared to let us carry anything seen how the other four bailiffs are female. Not knocking females but they do not think they can carry anything and be able to keep control of it. That is why you go through training...dah!!

They sent me to it at the Sheriffs academy to get shot by pepper spray abnd go through SDT (self. defense. training) and then I am not allowed to carry it. Sent me to get shot with the taser through the State Highway Patrol Academy and can't carry it.

Nest probably send me to get shot by a 9mm to see if it hurts and what it feels like. But ehen they ask me to do it......I will say NO!!!
